1. Who would be playing on my account, or with me?
Our boosters are all within the Top 500 of their respective regions. We hire them only after going through an extensive interview process to ensure the most professional and reliable boosting roster.
2. If I don't want to give access to my account, is there still a way to do this?
Yes, you can purchase our duo queue service by ticking the "duo queue" checkbox before you make your purchase. We will assign someone to play with you for your order.
3. How do you guys handle refunds?
We will refund any and all orders that we fail to complete, as long as you ask for it. The refund can be in store credit or a direct refund to your bank/card issuer. You can read more about this on our refund policy page.
4. How long would it take to complete my order?
For a rough estimate, you can take a look at our quick stats counter on the average time taken to complete an order on our site. Also, as a rough guide, solo orders are much faster to complete than duo, since duo is subject to you and your booster's availability.
5. Ok, I've purchased. What now?
Once you have purchased, your order will go into the queue, and you will gain access to a special order page where you will be able to track and manage your order, as well as chat with your assigned booster using our order chat feature.
6. Is it possible for you guys to play only certain heroes while on my account?
Yes, we absolutely can. If you order with the Hero Preferences add-on, you can adjust these preferences on your order page, and also inform your booster of your preferences using our order chat feature.
7. What if I don’t like my booster?
If it so happens that you and a booster cannot get along, you can let us know via customer support and we will be happy to assign someone else for you.
8. Will my account get banned?
As of today, 15th November 2017, not a single one of our customers has gotten banned yet. We cannot guarantee that this will continue to be the status quo, but right now it seems very safe.
9. What if my rank changes while order is in progress?
We may have to make adjustments to your order if you or a friend has played on your account while your order has not yet been completed.
10. Can I watch the booster playing on my account?
Sure you can, just tick the "Streaming" option when you're about to make your purchase, and you booster will setup a private stream for you to watch while he plays.
